Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, lesson plans, and presentations to support intelligence education and tradecraft
Maintain training systems and records within assigned educational platforms (e.g., AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC))
Review and assess emerging policies, doctrine, and standards for incorporation into training materials
Provide feedback on intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, and emerging practices to ensure training relevance
Track and maintain training progress, schedules, and reporting as required by the Government
Support the development of curricula designed to meet evolving intelligence mission requirements
Collaborate with intelligence professionals to ensure training aligns with operational objectives

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance
Proven experience developing and delivering intelligence-related training programs
Familiarity with intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, and standards
Strong instructional skills, with the ability to present complex material clearly and effectively
Ability to analyze emerging intelligence policies and translate them into training content
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level): Senior Level: Master's degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years relevant experience. Mid Level: Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience. Junior Level: Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree

Preferred

Experience with AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), or equivalent training platforms
Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other combatant command training initiatives
Familiarity with U.S. intelligence community standards, doctrine, and educational systems
Previous experience as an instructor, facilitator, or curriculum developer in a military or intelligence setting
