Responsibilities
Lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 to NAV 2018 , including technical upgrade, code refactoring, and data migration
Analyze existing NAV 2015 customizations and extensions; redesign or refactor them for compatibility with NAV 2018
Manage requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support for upgrade projects
Handle data migration activities (master data, transactions, historical data) ensuring accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to validate requirements and deliver solutions
Configure, customize, and support modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail
Work with SQL Server, SSIS, Web Services (SOAP, OData, REST APIs) for integrations
Mentor and guide team members on NAV upgrade best practices
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2009–2018)
Proven experience in migration/upgrade projects (NAV 2015 → NAV 2018 preferred)
Strong skills in C/AL, AL, SQL Server, and data migration
Experience with customizations, extensions, and module implementations
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, and integration tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrades
Microsoft Dynamics certifications
Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud deployments
