Qualification
Required
Salesforce product knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Basic understanding of salesforce configuration changes: fields, user provisioning and permissions, dynamic forms, and reports
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and a desire to implement best practice solutions
Enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
