Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motions
Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies
Take complete ownership for assigned workload
Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace
Other duties as assigned

Required

1+ years' experience in civil litigation
