Responsibilities

Lead the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives using advanced facilitation, negotiation, planning, and dependency management techniques
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation
Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, and the full project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex, multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized, well-scoped plans of action
Provide visibility into project status and progress for both team members and stakeholders
Identify, monitor, and manage risks and cross-team dependencies; define and execute mitigation plans
Ensure IT projects and practices remain aligned with evolving business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Proven skills in sprint planning, Agile project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results
