Program Protection Security Analyst
Technology Security Associates (TSA) is seeking a Program Protection Security Analyst to support their government customer at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The analyst will provide direct support across personnel, physical, and information security functions, ensuring compliance with various regulations and maintaining the protection of classified information.

Responsibilities
Lead the scheduling, coordination, and setup of secure and non-secure conference rooms for meetings, ensuring proper security protocols are followed and all required equipment is in place
Oversee and perform clerical and administrative functions in support of security operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely task completion by team members
Manage clearance verifications and visit requests using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), serving as the point of contact for personnel security matters
Supervise the issuance and tracking of visitor and building access badges, maintaining strict access control and ensuring adherence to security policies
Direct and monitor access control for secure areas, including the opening/closing of labs and securing of conference rooms in alignment with facility security procedures
Oversee the receipt, logging, and processing of classified packages in accordance with DoD regulations, ensuring proper chain-of-custody and documentation
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a professional setting
Working knowledge of the DD Form 254 (Contract Security Classification Specification)
Experience using DISS for clearance verification and visit requests
Experience with BASIC II
Familiarity with SAAR forms
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Reliable transportation to NAS Patuxent River, MD
Preferred
An Active Top-Secret clearance
Prior experience supporting NAVAIR/DOD
Familiarity with classified meeting support, including secure VTC systems
Knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements
Completion of relevant STEPP/DCSA training courses, such as: (Visitor Control in the NISP, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254), Program Protection Planning Awareness)
Experience preparing or reviewing Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
Prior experience in contractor security officer (FSO/AFSO) or equivalent roles
