Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making

Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams

Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation

Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value

Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance

Required

2 years' supervisory experience

Preferred

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences

Demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
