Build and configure a solution in one of the enterprise Salesforce instances on behalf of a specific stakeholder group for a college
Focus on implementing Blackthorn Events by determining their CRM needs, understanding pain points, and conducting extensive requirements gathering
Qualification
Required
3+yrs Salesforce Administration or development in a production environment
3+yrs Business Analysis responsibilities (i.e requirement elicitation, process documentation, leading or preparing change management processes, etc)
Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
Preferred
Implementing and supporting Blackthorn Event
Additional experience or certifications in Salesforce (Business Analysis, Platform App Builder), Informatica, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies
Higher Education experience
Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA) familiarity
