Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies

Collaborate with your trainer and other traders during daily trade reviews

Stay informed on industry and market news

Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders

Learn and apply our proprietary trading tools and platforms

Required

Has a resourceful, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated through extracurriculars, group projects, or academic achievements

Holds (or is pursuing) a degree in economics, mathematics, business, finance, or a related field

The position is intended for soon to be college graduates (Fall/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation) with a cumulative 3.5+ GPA
