They are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Appointment Setter, responsible for engaging with homeowners, setting appointments for consultations, and recording data accurately.

Responsibilities
Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations
Share how our products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty
Set up appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations
Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device
Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through
Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older
No experience necessary; customer-facing roles or community outreach experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Confident and approachable with excellent verbal skills
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day
Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments
Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move
Preferred
