They are seeking a motivated rising senior student for a summer internship program designed to provide real-world experience in the telecommunications industry, focusing on process improvement and support within Customer Service Operations.

Responsibilities

Providing direct support to process improvement and standardization initiatives within Customer Service Operations

Working with business users to understand requirements and expectations

Facilitating interactions among different functional groups within the organization

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree

Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program

Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently

Analytical skills
