Responsibilities

Organizes travel for project team members, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries, in compliance with company policies and government regulations

Ensures travel plans align with project timelines and budget constraints while coordinating with external vendors and service providers

Tracks and manages travel expenses, maintains detailed records for reporting and auditing purposes and addresses any issues or changes promptly to minimize disruptions

Supports communication between stakeholders to ensure that all travel-related needs are met efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the project's integration and testing phases

Required

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience

Client experience requirements: Between 6 to 15 years of relevant experience

Client education requirements: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Travel Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field

+ 4 years of additional equivalent experience can be substituted for a BA/BS degree

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
