The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations will support Commercial Systems and Strategy functions, bridging technical operations with pricing and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline technical support for Darwin (PSS), Aptaero (DCS), and Leon (scheduling)

Troubleshoot external distribution issues and escalate to vendors (e.g., Sabre, Darwin)

Participate in on-call rotation and support during IROPs

Assist with testing and release cycles for Aptaero and Darwin

File airport/terminal details for unanticipated diversions

Coordinate with the strategy team to ensure accurate fare and schedule filing

File fares in ATPCO and manage schedules via Cirium/OAG

Audit external distribution channels for accurate fare and schedule display

Troubleshoot pricing and scheduling issues

Optimize inventory daily based on load factors and crowdsource products

Maintain schedule data in Leon, including tail assignments and fleet linking

Identify empty scheduled flights for potential charter use

Support charter planning and commission filing with Business Development

Contribute to strategic initiatives and commercial planning efforts
