Conduct precise surveys for marine construction projects using GPS and total stations
Prepare and interpret survey data, maps, and reports for project planning and execution
Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and field crews to ensure alignment with project specifications
Monitor and document progress, including as-built conditions and deviations
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in industrial or marine surveying
Proficiency with survey software
Familiarity with marine construction methods and equipment
Strong understanding of geodetic principles and coordinate systems
Ability to work in challenging environments (on water, barges, docks, etc.)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
5 years of Field Engineer/Surveyor experience at meets or exceeds performance expectations
