Responsibilities
Plan and execute audits in accordance with established guidelines and standards
Review financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to ensure compliance
Lead audit teams and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients effectively
Identify areas for improvement in clients' financial operations and provide recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit within public accounting
Strong understanding of GAAP and audit standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
CPA certification is preferred
