Responsibilities

Support staffing efforts by partnering with managers on interviews, selection, and onboarding processes, including internship programs, while aligning with the Talent Acquisition team

Mentor and coach managers and supervisors on employee relations issues; act as a liaison between management and employees to address questions and resolve work-related concerns

Represent the organization during labor negotiations, administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement, and manage the grievance process

Lead and organize the Human Resources team by communicating expectations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and counseling, and ensuring policies, procedures, and productivity standards are followed

Maintain safety records and assist the Corporate Safety Manager with safety and wellness programs
