Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-scale IT initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams

Apply DBS tools (e.g., Visual Project Management, Daily Management, Problem Solving Process) to drive continuous improvement and project success

Ensure compliance with Danaher’s IT governance, security, and SOX requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives

Demonstrated experience managing projects in a matrixed organization with global and virtual teams

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent

Active certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a

Preferred

Leading projects focused on Collaboration, and Identity services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Exchange, Sailpoint, CyberArk)

Managing Microsoft 365 platform transitions, including tenant migrations, license consolidation, or service optimization

Supporting M&A-related IT activities, such as technology integration, carve-outs, or infrastructure rationalization involving collaboration and identity platforms
