Responsibilities

Support MARS capability development, modernization, innovation, and user adoption

Develop a comprehensive project plan (roadmap) that identifies the tasks, defines project staff roles/responsibilities, and provides a timeline for task completion

Manages project work cost, schedule, and quality

Coordinate with and streamline communications between all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of MARS Agile Software development and methodologies

Qualification

DIA experienceProject managementIntelligence analysisCommunication skills

Required

Current, Top-Secret, clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI), and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

Experience supervising intelligence analysis projects

Experience utilizing the DIA's, Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB), and familiarization with MARS
