Federal Work Study - Administrative Assistant (WellFlorida Council)

Responsibilities

Copying and scanning invoices and important documents
Filing invoices and other documents as needed
Sorting, organizing and shredding Documents as needed
Preparing materials to be distributed at events/ meetings
Assist staff with deliveries and visitors
Works closely with fiscal and administrative services team but may work with other programs/departments as needed
Maintains safe, secure and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Other duties and projects may be assigned

Required

Must have a minimum of 2.5 Cumulative GPA
Must be in good academic and conduct standing with the University
Must receive or be eligible to receive Federal Work Study
Must be able to work within our operating hours. (Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm)
Must bring course schedule on first day since shifts scheduled around course schedule

Preferred

Must be highly organized, self-motivated, compassionate and detail oriented
Must have the ability to both work independently and as part of a team
Must have computer literacy to complete daily tasks
High level of professional conduct
Sound judgment in meeting the responsibilities and performing the duties of the position
