Responsibilities

Manage and optimize deal desk workflows and approval processes to enhance efficiency
Be the subject matter expert on pricing policies, models, and competitive landscape. Provide guidance and approvals on non-standard pricing requests
Partner closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements, develop innovative deal solutions, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Be the go-to partner for Sales reps, helping them structure, price, and navigate deals from proposal to close
Contribute to the evolution of pricing strategies, providing insights from deal trends, market feedback, and competitive analysis
Own deal desk process, tools, and policies, proactively identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance
Analyze deal performance, pricing trends, and discount rates to provide actionable insights to leadership and inform future strategy
Experience using RCA/ CPQ solutions is a plus

Required

3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
1+ years of direct experience with pricing strategy and deal structuring for financial products, specifically corporate cards, payments, or banking services
Proven track record of partnering with sales on complex, enterprise-level deals
Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, as well as a genuine desire to help Sales reps be successful
Experience in Salesforce, CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce RCA), and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Preferred

Experience using RCA/ CPQ solutions is a plus
SaaS preferred
