Adaptive & Inclusion Program Director
Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is hiring a dedicated and organized Program Director to lead their Adaptive & Inclusion services. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating inclusive programming across the district, directing Camp Rivendale, and supporting adaptive recreation opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation, special education, or a related field, and at least two years of adaptive and/or inclusive recreation experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record
Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Preferred
CTRS certification or special education background
Bilingual skills

This is in addition to Sick leave and may be scheduled by employees for any reason! (available to PT and PTB only)
The ability to earn and utilize up to forty (40) hours of paid sick leave per year
Family Medical Leave eligibility for qualified family and medical related reasons
Paid compassionate leave is available to all part-time employees to grieve the loss of an immediate family member, to make arrangements (if necessary), and to attend memorial services. Employees are eligible for paid compassionate leave for up to the hours scheduled in their average work week.
