Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment
Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
Familiarity with Apple IOS
Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment
Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades
Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
Demonstrated customer relationship management skills
Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum
Demonstrated experience with wireless
Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki
Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation
Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments
Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance
Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms
Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System
Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration

This position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph
Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment
This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance
