The candidate will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle for various agreements related to corporate events and security.

Required
Detail-oriented transactional attorney
Experience managing the contract lifecycle for a variety of agreements related to corporate events and security
Ability to handle venue rentals, global event production SOWs, security & crowd management contracts, travel & hospitality services, facility management MSAs and catering agreements
Availability for a remote, part-time engagement that will last indefinitely
Ability to work around 60-105 hours per month
