They are seeking a Strategy & Operations Intern to support the Antibody Discovery team by managing experimental data and assisting with documentation and analysis to enhance research efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage and organize experimental data sets and records
Assist with documentation of antibody discovery processes and results
Support researchers with preparation of presentations, figures, and summaries
Perform basic analyses under supervision to support project decisions
Help ensure data quality, accuracy, and traceability across projects
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-moving research needs
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support scientists with varying needs
Preferred
Background in biology, biochemistry, or a related life science field
Familiarity with lab data formats (ELN, flow data, sequencing results, etc.)
Experience with Excel, Notion, or similar data management tools
Basic understanding of antibody biology or protein science a plus
