We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven ELINT Analysts to support intelligence operations through advanced signal analysis and emitter identification. The role involves analyzing signals intelligence data, producing detailed assessments, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of signals and associated emitters utilizing ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques
Correlate technically derived data with multiple intelligence disciplines to determine the location, function, and identification of emitters
Produce detailed assessments, reports, and briefings in support of operational and strategic requirements
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, emitter systems, and adversary capabilities
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to provide fused, all-source intelligence products
Support the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for ELINT analysis and integration
Respond to ad hoc taskings and provide time-sensitive operational support

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance
Demonstrated experience conducting ELINT analysis and signal identification
Proficiency with ELINT data sources, tools, and technical reporting formats
Strong ability to integrate ELINT findings with other intelligence disciplines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including production of clear analytic reports and briefings
Proven ability to collaborate with intelligence, military, and interagency partners
Senior Level: Master's degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years relevant experience
Mid Level: Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience
Junior Level: Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree

Preferred

Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other Combatant Commands
Familiarity with national-level and tactical ELINT systems, tools, and databases
Experience mentoring junior analysts or providing analytic training
Regional expertise in designated Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
