We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Special Security Technicians to provide critical support to SCI security operations, SCIF management, and personnel security processing. In this role, you will assist the Special Security Officer in ensuring the protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information and managing security operations.

Responsibilities
Assist the SSO in controlling access to SCI facilities (SCIFs)
Certify and receive SCI visitor clearances and accesses
Conduct SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, and training on classified materials and SSO-related topics
Obtain signed nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) and maintain accurate records
Provide guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests
Perform audits of classified materials and inspect storage facilities, SCIFs, and containers
Research, prepare, and provide policy and management recommendations, reports, and guidance regarding classified materials
Support additional security-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience supporting SCI security operations, SCIF management, and personnel security processes
Strong knowledge of classified material handling, audits, and storage requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, briefings, and policy documentation
Ability to collaborate across military, government, and contractor teams
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level): Senior Level: Master's degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years relevant experience. Mid Level: Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience. Junior Level: Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Prior experience assisting an SSO or supporting SCI facilities
Familiarity with federal security regulations and SCI policies
Experience providing security training or instruction on SCI/SSO-related topics
Knowledge of classification guidelines, nondisclosure agreements, and SCIF inspection procedures
