Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and develop graphics that enhance analytic thoughts and assessments
Provide professional graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products, including illustrations, image editing, font management, and pre-publication techniques
Develop and integrate cartographic products, interactive graphical content, video products, and marketing material using Government-specified technologies
Produce dynamic, multimedia content in accordance with IC standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide), including podcasts and audio segments
Provide UX/UI expertise for interactive graphics, web-based tools, and multimedia projects
Utilize industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Apple Mac platforms, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, and other interactive design technologies
Integrate graphics with text, audio, and video to create compelling, interactive, and high-visibility finished products

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance
Demonstrated proficiency with professional graphics and design software
Experience developing print, digital, and multimedia products for high-level audiences
Strong skills in illustration, image editing, layout design, and pre-publication processes
Ability to integrate graphics with audio/video for dynamic, interactive content
Knowledge of IC standards for product design (e.g., D3 Style Guide)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with analysts and stakeholders
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level): Senior Level: Master's degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years relevant experience. Mid Level: Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience. Junior Level: Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree

Preferred

Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other combatant command operations
Familiarity with intelligence community publishing standards and workflows
Experience developing cartographic products or geospatially enabled visualizations
Previous work creating user-focused UX/UI solutions for web and interactive platforms
