We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Military Forces Analysts to deliver critical all-source analytic support on foreign military forces, structures, and operations. As a Military Forces Analyst, you will provide expert analysis and support U.S. military and intelligence missions by shaping decision-making with accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analysis on foreign military forces, including doctrine, strategy, command structures, and leadership

Assess foreign military capabilities, force disposition, sustainment, and operational readiness

Analyze foreign military exercises, deployments, and emerging threats

Produce written intelligence assessments, briefings, and reports for senior military and government decision-makers

Provide subject matter expertise on order of battle analysis and foreign military organizations

Collaborate across military, interagency, and intelligence community partners to enhance situational awareness

Respond to ad hoc taskings, crisis requirements, and operational support needs with clear, well-sourced analysis

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance

Proven experience in all-source analysis of foreign military forces, organizations, doctrine, and order of battle

Strong ability to assess capabilities, readiness, and intent of foreign military forces

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing assessments and delivering briefings

Experience collaborating across military, intelligence, and interagency partners

Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level): Senior Level: Master's degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years relevant experience. Mid Level: Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience. Junior Level: Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree
