Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities to grow business and service clients
Provide oversight for all media work products and address challenges promptly and with lasting solutions
Responsible for fostering cross-agency communication and partnerships, and contribute to new business pitches
Influence internal leaders and manage direct reports with a strong contribution to the agency's forward vision
Accountable for proper resource management and utilization of the team

Required

15+ years of media planning and implementation experience
Expert knowledge of digital investment and activation across all online channels
Experience managing, developing, and providing thought leadership to direct reports
Experience leading and fostering client relationships
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to detect and translate a story behind data
