STEM Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of automation equipment and infrastructure installations. This role involves driving projects from concept to completion while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and serving as the onsite contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Installations: Plan, schedule, and oversee automation and industrial equipment installation within construction projects
Coordinate Teams: Align engineering, procurement, and construction efforts to meet design and quality standards
Ensure Compliance: Enforce safety, building code, and project specifications; manage inspections, testing, and punch lists
Drive Safety Culture: Conduct toolbox talks, audits, and risk assessments; model safe practices at all times
Manage Stakeholders: Act as primary onsite liaison, providing updates and escalating issues as needed
Guide Teams: Supervise multidisciplinary crews, ensuring seamless integration across mechanical, electrical, controls, and IT

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Leadership that inspires high performance
Sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Clear, confident communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
