Responsibilities

Develop/administer company compliance and manufacturing department specific training and certifications using on-the-job training (OJT), virtual classroom, instructor-led, and e-learning methods
Support non-standard business hours for 4 x 4 day and night shifts
Develop/administer department personnel training and onboarding/orientation plans
Develop training processes, procedures, curricula, and training content to maintain compliance with Federal, State, Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, and Regulatory requirements
Develop and track status of curricula, qualification, and certification structure and content utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
Perform training effectiveness assessments of companywide training programs to ensure departmental needs are met and to drive continuous improvement of all associated training materials
Perform assessments of companywide training programs to ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements
Perform curricula and training content restructuring to increase overall training effectiveness
Ensure training records and documentation are completed timely and accurately
Participate in Discipline Training Committees
Act as Site Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator
Develop and implement cross-training for personnel in support of company employee retention and succession planning
Develop Crew Training Briefs to capture organizational lessons learned
Attend educational conferences as needed to support company initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Required

Education level high school diploma preferred or equivalent training experience (3+ years training development/administration)
Experience with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with computer-based training development/implementation software
Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) software
Strong public speaking and communication skills (written and oral)
Self-motivated, highly organized, and demonstrated high level of attention to detail
Strong people skill and ability to conduct, plan, and coordinate training activities to a variety of audiences in a multi-cultural workplace

Preferred

Multilingual (English, French, Portuguese) a plus
