Responsibilities

Own the Relationship: You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of existing clients. Think of yourself as their trusted advisor for all things AEC
Drive Renewals & Upsells: Keep licenses up to date, identify expansion opportunities, and make sure your accounts are fully adopted with the ATG value adds
Be Proactive, Not Reactive: Stay ahead of renewals, check in regularly, and anticipate what clients need before they ask
Stay Sharp, Stay Updated: Keep up with Autodesk’s ever-evolving product line, pricing models, and promotions so your clients always get the best
Education is Key: Help customers keep their employees up to speed on the latest software updates and company processes through the Global eTraining solution

Qualification

B2B account managementCustomer relationship managementKPI managementExperience in AEC spaceOrganizational skillsStrategic thinkingProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

2–5 years of experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in the tech or software space
Bachelor's degree
Customer-obsessed—seriously, you love making clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of
Organized, strategic, and never let a renewal sneak past you
Not afraid of KPIs—quota motivates you, and you know how to grow accounts

Preferred

Experience in the AEC space is a major plus
