Responsibilities

Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships
Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better
Improve and maintain our property and facilities daily
Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade
Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines

Required

Independence & intuition; excellence in execution
A 'can do & happy to' attitude
Comfort with heavy machinery and confidence maneuvering vehicles
Commitment to a zero accident culture
Ability to move comfortably around the property, doing hands-on work
Willingness to work weekends
High School diploma or GED

Preferred

prior forklift, heavy machinery operation, or construction experience
