This role involves providing first-line support to students and visitors, representing the department through events and presentations, and assisting with various outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to students and visitors in Nigh University Center 121
Represent Retention and Completion via tabling and presentations
Support events including Start Strong/Finish Strong, First-Generation Week, Transfer Student Week, and similar events
Be trained in the various requirements of the role
Qualification
Required
Understanding basic office skills including answering the phone, greeting visitors, and representing an office or team
Preferred
Customer service experience
Experience with MS Bookings, Teams, and Outlook
