InternMount St. Joseph University is seeking a Database & Research Assistant to support the fundraising efforts of Pregnancy Center West. The role involves maintaining accurate donor records, conducting research on prospective donors, and assisting with data-driven strategies for donor engagement and stewardship.
Responsibilities
Manage and update donor database (e.g., contact information, giving history, correspondence)
Generate reports, mailing lists, and donor acknowledgements as needed
Conduct research on prospective donors, foundations, and community partners to support development goals
Assist with donor segmentation and targeted outreach for campaigns and events
Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for data entry and management
Support fundraising events with data tracking, registration, and post-event analysis
Maintain confidentiality of donor and organizational information
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at Mt. St. Joseph University
Federal Work Study eligibility required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Interest in nonprofit work and alignment with the mission of Pregnancy Center West
