Research Scientist I, Internal Medicine-Nephrology

Responsibilities
Evaluates, selects, and applies standard scientific techniques and procedures while using judgment when necessary to adapt standard methods and techniques
Contributes to scientific analysis and interpretation of projects
Maintains records of all tests performed and data collected, compiles and tabulates data, provides analysis of results
Confers with lab staff regarding results obtained and receives suggestions for modification to procedures and interpretation of final data
Presents research and journal articles in weekly scheduled meetings
Independently performs literature searches as outlined by the Principal Investigator
May provide guidance to junior research staff
Performs related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Ph.D, M.D, D.O., or D.V.M in related field and no experience required
