Responsibilities
Managing the Firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data quality, user license management, marketing lists, reports, etc
Assisting with CRM training
Learning and utilizing Concep and other software tools as needed to support the distribution of digital marketing campaigns
Assisting with the Firm’s website, social media accounts, and blogs
Assisting with editing various marketing materials
Collaborating with the marketing/business development team members and performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline
2-4 years of marketing and/or business development experience
Superior aptitude for detail and accuracy while exhibiting a high degree of critical thinking
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong work ethic
Must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, problem-solver, proactive thinker, and team player
Diplomacy, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality are required
Preferred
Law firm experience is preferred
