They are seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to develop and manage relationships with industry analysts, drive the analyst relations program, and ensure effective communication of SoundHound's enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities
Help design, execute, and manage SoundHound’s overall industry analyst strategy and plan for a regular cadence of inquiries, briefings, analysts requests for information, events, and other core program tactics
Identify and curate positive relationships with relevant industry analysts, industry influencers, and thought leaders, serving as a key, centralized contact point and connector
Proactively lead the response to analyst evaluations and requests for information through coordination with internal team members and executives. Lead retrospective analysis after major submissions
Anticipate upcoming reports and research that are relevant to SoundHound’s business and plan AR roadmap accordingly
Establish and maintain regular communication with analysts and influencers via multiple channels which you will develop to engage and educate these communities on SoundHound’s broad, cross-industry solutions suite leveraging updates, research, and product releases
Ensure analyst and influencer advice helps to inform relevant business activities and serve as a trusted internal partner by actively synthesizing and sharing insights from analyst engagements, reports, and data with AR program stakeholders
Work with Product Marketing and Corporate Communications colleagues to ensure relevant mentions and publications are leveraged to drive reputation, market awareness, lead generation, and sales
Manage customer references and case studies, including Gartner Peer Insights
Provide support to enterprise focused public relations initiatives, including securing analyst quotes for press releases, blogs, and other marketing materials
Qualification
Required
You have BA/BS college degree
You have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or related field, with significant experience of high technology Analyst Relations
You have knowledge and expertise in answering evaluations such as MQ, Wave, Marketscape
You are familiar with briefings, inquiries, and other AR engagements
You have excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills and attention to detail
You are self starter, with proven ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines with limited resources
Preferred
We'd be especially excited if you have knowledge of ARchitect/ARInsights
