Responsibilities
Research and test different server and network hardware components and configurations
Take responsibility for the technical acceptance and quality control of equipment at our global facilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware meets required performance and operational standards
Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
Travel when needed to colocation data centers to support installations, major deployments, and maintenance tasks
Document hardware test results, findings, and configurations to contribute to ongoing improvements and scaling
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of server and network hardware components, with a strong enthusiasm to develop deep technical skills
Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn through hands-on experience
Analytical thinking and methodical approach to hardware testing and problem-solving
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions as needed
Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support on-site activities
