Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach
Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales performance
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or relevant experience in selling electrical solutions
A minimum of 2 years' of experience in field sales or energy solutions- B2B
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career
Excellent time management and organizational skills
This position requires 50% or more travel
