Responsibilities

Responsible for the technical support in the LATAM region
Perform installations, trainings, preventive and corrective maintenance
Document service assignments
Participate in service trainings
Participate in expert meetings collaborating and sharing experience with the company global specialists
Monthly reporting about quality topics, installation and service on site as well as suggestions for improvements
Commit to the achievement of the sales targets for the LATAM region

Required

Communicative, flexible, and resilient individual with a strong service mentality
You enjoy customer contact and have in-depth practical experience in analytical measurement technology
Experience with technical troubleshooting in a laboratory environment
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
Willingness to travel, driver's license open to work from home office
Degree in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent technical training
