Responsibilities
Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
Design and develops new ServiceNow applications and services
Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
Provide mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators
Take ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion
Qualification
Required
At least five years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category
Experienced and proficient in the Now Create methodology
Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
Advanced ServiceNow System Administration
List/Form/Navigation Pane Updates
Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Catalog Items
Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Workflows
Conducting/Participating in Configuration Reviews
Instance Patch Management
Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Tables and Fields
Demonstrated experience developing software according to the software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall
Demonstrated understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles
Demonstrated architecture, design, data modeling, and configuration experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
Demonstrated experience developing applications: Languages such as Javascript and Angular JS
Webservices
CSS
Client-server, middleware, or web platforms
Mobile or cloud platforms
Demonstrated experience with relational data structures and data manipulation methods associated with relational database systems: Experience with database platforms such as Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs)
ITIL knowledge and experience
