Responsibilities

Work closely with external counterparties to monitor and resolve daily position, trade and cash discrepancies, supporting effective book management

Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the current workflow

Document complex processes to develop middle office guidelines

Onboard new trading into existing technology and platforms

Reconcile daily position, cash, and PnL breaks in coordination with both internal and external parties

Research & process applicable corporate actions

Maintain and update the commission structures across all markets

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of relevant industry experience

Knowledge of ETFs, FX, or Fixed Income products and the broader industry is a plus

Understanding of corporate actions and exposure to the complex commission schedule of various markets

Working knowledge of UNIX operating systems (we use Linux) and Python

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience in the maintenance, planning, or construction of Order Management System(OMS)/ Portfolio Management System (PMS)/ Execution Management System (EMS)
