Responsibilities

Participate in a 3-4 month comprehensive sales training program at the Mason facility, including:
Gas equipment safety and hands-on training
Brazing and soldering training in the Harris Brazing Education Lab
Develop a strong knowledge of all Harris Product Group equipment, consumables, and accessories. Learn to apply these products to the appropriate application
Participate in various soft skills training, such as public speaking, written communication skills, selling skills, presentation skills, time management negotiation, etc
Visit various end users and distributors to identify key sales issues
Promote products at distributor open houses
Update customers on new products
Assist Technical Sales Representatives with training end users

Required

Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business field by June 2026
Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship

Preferred

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a Business-related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
Willing to relocate and travel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
