Responsibilities

Manage coordination and supervision of various U-Haul Repair Shop Teams, i.e., preventive maintenance, trailer, detail, van body, etc
Read and interpret Electronic Pre-Inspection information
Maintain professionalism and a coaching disposition
Assisting repairing equipment using the appropriate tools, technologies and procedures in order to restore vehicles to proper working condition
Seek ways to improve business operation efficiencies and customer service
Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor

Required

Positive attitude

Familiarity with diagnostic tools
