IT Sales Executive
YASH Technologies is a dynamic company with a goal to quadruple revenue in the next four years, seeking an IT Sales Executive to join their team. The role involves understanding customer business processes, identifying problem areas, and providing solutions through YASH's service offerings. The successful candidate will undergo extensive training and be responsible for managing existing customers while acquiring new ones.

Understand customer business processes and identify their problem areas
Help solve customer problems using YASH Technologies service offerings
Undergo an extensive YASH technology services training program
Be actively coached/mentored in YASH Account Management and Sales methodologies
Be assigned to a specific market and manage a few existing customers
Acquire new customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM subjects
Strong understanding and awareness of IT services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in the technology industry, preferably in consulting or IT services
Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Postgraduate degree in business (MBA)
