Mid LevelSIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Controlling processes and will be responsible for designing and implementing profitability and performance models.

Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting)
Design, configure, and maintain SAP PaPM models for profitability analysis, cost allocations, scenario simulation, and performance reporting
Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into system solutions
Perform integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO-PA, etc.)
Provide end-user training and support for finance and performance management processes
Assist in system testing, documentation, and continuous improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
Knowledge of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, budgeting, and forecasting)
Experience in SAP PaPM (profitability modeling, allocation logic, simulation, and reporting)
Good understanding of data models in SAP HANA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to S/4HANA Finance
Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other reporting tools
Experience working in global finance transformation projects
