Administrative Manager II

The Administrative Manager II will oversee daily administrative duties for a government organization, maintain office administrative functions, and facilitate communication between leadership and staff members.
Responsibilities
Running daily administrative duties for a government organization comprised of both government and contract employees, involving a large amount of communication between program leadership and staff members
Maintaining all office administrative duties including planning and facilitating leadership meetings, handling day-to-day logistical activities across the organization
Exhibiting good organization and the ability to communicate both orally and through written correspondence
Ability to coordinate and support services to organizations
Ability to manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal
Ability to coordinate the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization
Proven experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS) is required, encompassing travel request management, logistics coordination, and voucher processing
Possess a strong command of scheduling and coordination, effectively managing executive calendars and coordinating meetings and teleconferences in both unclassified and classified settings (up to TS/SCI)
Expertise in conference and teleconference management is essential, including room scheduling, equipment setup, and ensuring seamless communication for both virtual and in-person meetings
Exceptional administrative support abilities are crucial, encompassing document preparation, filing, correspondence management, and meticulous proofreading and editing
Ability to demonstrate strong communication and presentation development skills, with proficiency in crafting high-quality content, including briefings and presentations, using MS Word and PowerPoint
Qualification
Required
Associates degree
2 years general experience in the field of management or operations of an enterprise
Ability to coordinate and support services to organizations
Ability to manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal

U.S. citizenship
U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level
