Qualification
Required
8+ years of development experience in gaming, simulation, or related fields
Expert in Unity3D (C#), with deep architectural and tooling knowledge
Skilled in Unity ECS for scalable system design
Advanced Git user, proficient in complex version control workflows
Strong background in performance optimization and profiling
Well-versed in design patterns and practical implementation
Knowledge of shader development (HLSL/GLSL, Shader Graph) and rendering pipelines
Experience with networking implementation for multiplayer simulations/games
A strong portfolio showcasing your programming contributions to shipped titles
