Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact projects across departments such as operations, finance, strategy, and clinical services
Conduct data analysis, prepare presentations, and support decision-making processes
Participate in leadership meetings, board sessions, and community engagement activities
Rotate through key departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations
Lead at least one capstone project aligned with Freeman Health System’s strategic goals
Provide research and benchmarking support for system-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
Master's degree (completed or near completion) in Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for healthcare improvement
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous internship or work experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and patient safety principles
